5 PRINCIPLES FOR A BEGINNING

Between the 2nd and 9th of March

Aimed at actors, musicians, filmmakers, puppeteers, plastic artists, writers with or without experience.

REGISTRATION FORM

A workshop to reformulate questions.
To check the answers.
To take time off and give possibilities to ourselves.

A period of time to find the pulp in something.
A scene, ,a desk, a voice, a movement, a doll, a saying.

Encouraging the encounter with poetics. A workshop to find people that are searching, and yet they still cannot shape the voice or the silence which they want to express.

The workshop will consist in 5 principles,
For the construction of a beginning.
These 5 principles, are actions that will allow us to create a starting point.

In order to think of a saying.
To recreate and cuestion a saying.

During the seven days  we will try to favor the construction of a starting point  in order to improve saying of your own

Workshop characteristics:

*The workshop will take place during the carnival, at the retreat centre: EL ARCA, in the city OPEN DOOR, 20 minutes from  LUJAN in Buenos Aires, ARGENTINA where the attendants will be hosted, who will receive breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner during the seven days.
This place has several spots full of nature in order to encourage the search. During the workshop all cell phones must remain off.

NECESSITIES
To registrate you must complete the form: (FICHA DE INSCRIPCION) before the 31 of October of 2018 and e-mail it to  tallerretiro2010@gmail.com

You will get a confirmation by email that the registration form was received.

Participants will have to  write a letter in which they must describe their interest in taking part of this workshop taking into account different aspects related to life experience, artistic work, preoccupations and necessities.

if you have an idea or a concrete motivation regarding the staging of a project is also important to point out

once the registration is closed, the 2nd of november, 14 participants will be selected and will receive the information to prepare for the workshop, which include 3 exercises called OF PRESENTATION, which will be presented the first days of the workshop

Workshop fee:

Argentine 18000 pesos

foreigner 500 dollars

IMPORTANT: 
This year for the first time, we have competed in a public fund to finance workshop. The result will be seen in the month of November, if we benefit from this the  total cost of the workshop will be reduced.

the selected

people chosen to participate in the workshop in 2019, will receive the information on the 2nd of November, the 14 participants and the 4 substitutes,  Each member of the 14  must confirm their participation by depositing 250 dollars before the 10 of November, if this does not happen they will lose their spot and it will become available for the substitutes.

One final clarification; this workshop does not count with any kind of outside financement, private or public (

This year (2018), we competed to a public fund to reduce the cost to participants, if we benefit from this, the total value of the workshop will be reduced, but because the result will be known once the selection of participants is made, we cannot inform to date if the total cost will change)
